Our mission is to assist each ATLETIKA student in reaching his or her full physical potential through the use of proper movement education.



ATLETIKA is an exclusive movement education facility. We provide instruction in sports and personal training, dance, martial arts, fitness and yoga through one-on-one or class sessions. Our class sizes are kept small to provide more personalized attention.

We encourage you to enroll online or give us a call to secure your spot in a class or for one-on-one sessions. If you aren’t sure which program is right for you, we’d be happy to schedule a time for you to meet with one of our directors to evaluate where you are now and which options best suit your current needs.
