Sports Enhancement / Personal Training

630 square feet Performance area is housed with Samson weight equipment which is used by top professional teams, colleges and high schools as well as government agencies and health clubs – it’s even in the White House! Pieces of equipment include:

Samson Strength Equipment:
- 1 Power Station: platform for Olympic-style lifting; Power Rack for squats and presses; Bumper plates and Steel plates
- Plyometric Boxes: 12 inch, 18 inch, 24 inch and 30 inch plyo boxes for explosive jump training
- Dumbbell Rack: 1 pound to 115 pounds; after 35 pounds, diameter of handle changes from 3/8 inch to 7/8 inch which is perfect for grip training
- Leg Extension and Prone Leg Curl machines: plate stacked
- Samson Pillar: Lat Pull Down on one side and a low lat row pulley station on the other side
- Glute/Ham and Back extension unit
- Torso Board for abdominal training

Hammer Strength Equipment:
- Leg Press: horizontal plate loaded leg press machine
- Jammer Extension: plate loaded; helps develop explosive linear and vertical power
- Combo Twist: plate loaded; helps strengthen torso

Both Power and Olympic barbells

A 53’ X 6’ strip of premium field turf allows us to do sport speed training drills and work with athletes to ensure proper running biomechanics.

Martial Arts

Our 450 square feet of black Mike Swain Flexi-Roll judo mats are 2” thick and are made of a smooth MMA vinyal surface. Some of the biggest names in martial arts train on Mike Swain Flexi-roll – including Matt Huges, Mike Chat, Randy Couture, Dan Henderson, Chuck Liddell and it’s even the official mat of USA Judo and Team Fedor! In the “Sweatbox” there is a Wing Chun dummy, Muay Thai bag, Heavy bag, Body Object Bag, easy curl and pull up bar.

Dance, Fitness & Yoga

The 840 square foot studio features a Kahr’s Activity floating floor flown in from Sweden. Because it is energy-absorbing, it’s a floor that is kind to your joints. These floors are seen at some of the top venues across the world. The flooring is complimented by a 35’ X 10’ wall of mirrors and a 200-watt output THX sound system.
