The fact is everyone can benefit from the ATLETIKA training system.  Whether you're young, old, male, female, athletic, non-athletic, you can achieve your own aesthetic and/or performance goals through participating in ATLETIKA programs.

One of the great things about the ATLETIKA training programs is its delivery system.  Our method of teaching is primarily by way of instructional DVD's.  This allows the practitioner the advantage of viewing the movements as many times as he/she needs to obtain mastery of those particular body movements.  Furthermore, the ATLETIKA practitioner enjoys the freedom of what their current level of physical conditioning will allow.  Couple the instructional DVD materials with ATLETIKA's informative Health and Human Performance research articles, and you have a rare opportunity to train with some of the most revolutionary sports, fitness and restorative concepts available in the world!
